I had a disappointing stay at this hotel, mainly due to the misleading information on the website and the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. While the staff was at times accommodating, the overall upkeep of the hotel left much to be desired. The lack of a pool and breakfast options were also significant downsides that affected my experience.

Our stay at the Henlopen Hotel was quite mixed. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and just a short walk to the boardwalk. The staff went above and beyond to help us, especially during a difficult time. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in did not meet our expectations due to cleanliness issues. Overall, the hotel is very convenient for beachgoers, but improvements are definitely needed in the room maintenance.
